Rena Trefman Cobrinik taught in New York and New Jersey. Her writing has appeared in the New York Times, Jersey Woman, and Packentragen. A chapter from her memoir, A Different Mother (for which she is seeking a publisher) has appeared in the Jewish Women's Literary Annual. She and her husband live in the woods of northern New Jersey, and when she's not writing, she shovels snow, gardens and makes soups.
